[FIX] - remove the legacy code which moved the Configuration Manager window when it was once its own free moving window; an antidote to AntidotE ;)
[FIX] - JournalParser no longer crashes on Horizons FSSDiscoveryScan, which doesn't include SystemName in the event like Odyssey does.
